The mission of Southside Youth Senter is to provide an inclusive and engaging environment for all children to develop the necessary skills to become successful members of society in all aspects of their lives through Social Emotional Learning, STEAM, and Sportsmanship. We are excited to announce the launch of the Southside Youth Senter Tuition Assistance Fund, created to help support families in need of financial assistance for program enrollment. We are now accepting applications, and all submissions will be reviewed in the coming weeks. Awards will be granted based on demonstrated need, program eligibility, and available funding. We appreciate your patience during the review process and look forward to supporting as many families as possible through this initiative.

During Summer Programming, Families may request one week free for vacation. Southside Youth Senter Administration must be notified in writing of your request for vacation week no less than two weeks prior to taking your vacation.

Full Day Drop Off is 7:30 AM – 09:00 AM

Full Day Pick Up is 4:30PM – 6:00 PM

Late Drop Offs & Early Pickups are not accepted without a Dr. Note

Discounts & Late Payments

Families with multiple children enrolled will receive a $5.00 discount per child. Fees are due on Monday of each week. Invoices are distributed through the playground app on Thursday of each week for the next week’s balance owed. While Southside Youth Senter does not charge late fees; any account that falls two weeks delinquent ( Ex. $120.00 for Southern Hills/Parent Drop Offs; and $150.00 all other schools; and $200.00 for Summer/ Full Day Programs)  in payment will result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full. Fees are charged regardless of attendance, except for school holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break) and your child is not in attendance. In the event that Southside Youth Senter is closed for one full week charges will not be assessed for the week of closure.

 Children not picked by 6pm will be assessed a late fee of $1.00 per minute per child. (Ex. If a child is not picked up until 6:15, there will be a $15.00 Late Fee applied to the account.) If a child is not picked up by 7pm (1 hour after closing), the child will be considered abandoned and Southside Youth Senter Staff will report to Child Protective Services. Late Pick Up Fees are due immediately upon pick up. 

Payments can be made with Credit/Debit Cards or Bank Draft ACH through the Playground app. Southside Youth Senter will accept payments of Cash, Check, or Money Order in office. If at any time you feel there is an issue with billing, please speak with the Executive Director.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Executive Director. 

Field Trips & Parent’s Night Out are not included in your weekly tuition and must be paid separately.

Late Pick Up Fees

If a child is not picked up by 7pm (1 hour after closing), the child will be considered abandoned and Southside Youth Senter Staff will report to Child Protective Services. Late Pick Up Fees are due immediately upon pick up and must be paid prior to the child returning to care.
