Registration and Program Fees
The first week’s payment is due when you enroll your child. This enables you to stay one week ahead, which we highly recommend.
The weekly fee for our after-school program is $50.00 per child. ($5.00 multiple child discount, if your account is kept up to date). If your child attends our program three or more days a week the full $50.00 will be charged to your account. If your child attends only one or two days, it is $15.00 a day.
Fees for summer and holiday periods are $75.00 per week. The daily charge for Summer and Holiday Camps is $25.00. We are not open, however, on WFISD inclement weather days. If WFISD cancels school due to inclement weather, Southside Youth Senter will also be closed.
Payment is due on the Monday of each week. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card. If payment is not made weekly, your child could lose their place in the program to another individual. If payments fall behind three weeks or more your child may not be allowed to participate in our program until fees are brought up to date. Anyone who dis-enrolls their child with a balance due will have to bring all past accounts up to date before that child may be re-enrolled. For NSF checks we charge a $25.00 service fee in addition to banking fees. Some financial assistance is available on a first come first served basis but it is limited. Please see the Executive Director if you are interested or need more information on our financial assistance.
A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed if your child is picked up after 6:00pm.
